At the Door: Tickets may also be purchased at the door, starting one hour before each performance, subject to availability. NOTE: Door ticket prices may differ from advanced ticket prices.
By Phone: You may also phone 952.250.7206 and leave a message with your name, phone number, desired performance date/time, and number of adult/student tickets desired. Payment must be made when you receive a return call to confirm your order.
Your E-ticket receipt will be emailed to you to print at home. Bring it with you to show the ushers when you arrive at the theater. If you are unable to print at home, stop by the box office when you arrive at the theater, and one will be printed for you. Sorry, seats cannot be reserved without payment.
Fees: Fees charged by our outside service partners are to cover the costs of processing and issuing tickets. Chaska Valley Family Theatre is a non-profit organization, and we continue to work hard to keep live theater affordable for our patrons. Unless otherwise noted, fees are INCLUDED in the face value of the ticket price.
No Refunds/No Exchanges: Tickets must be paid for when a reservation is made, and are non-refundable and not exchangeable for seats to other performances once your purchase is made. Unused tickets may be turned in to the box office as a donation to the theater.
Infants: Each patron occupying a seat must purchase a ticket. Children under the age of two may sit on a lap. Please be respectful of other patrons by taking disruptive children out of the theater.
Forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. We also accept cash or check for purchases made at the door.
Other promotional codes may be used when ordering tickets on line (Early Bird, etc.). Please note: Only ONE CODE may be used per order.
